In every society, some people have a greater share of valued resources - money, property, education while as a section is always there with lesser or no such opportunities at all.
Our religion surely demands that we care for the people with lesser opportunities, and requires us to help them find ways out of such a situation.
We believe that it is our duty, both religious as well as moral to come forward and help those who need our help, attention and assistance. This help can be in any shape as even a kind word and a compassionate conduct can provide much needed solace to such deprived people' of the same society of which we are part of.

ALHAMDOLILLAH CDEF's functions have extended throughout Kashmir. The Office Bearers are now trying ti establish centers at almost every part of valley. All Centers will become functional soon to serve suffering humanity without any differentation in various fields. With all of their efforts CDEF has spread its network accross Kashmir and serving hundreds of people. We are providing relief in health, education & community services.

CDEF has started its services from Srinagar Now the office has been established in 2019 at Alamgari Bazar Srinagar and small units all over Kashmir Province.
