Message From Chairman CDEF: Syed Mohammad Rafiq

In every society, some people have a greater share of valued resources - money, property, education while as a section is always there with lesser or no such opportunities at all.

Our religion surely demands that we care for the people with lesser opportunities, and requires us to help them find ways out of such a situation.

We believe that it is our duty, both religious as well as moral to come forward and help those who need our help, attention and assistance. This help can be in any shape as even a kind word and a compassionate conduct can provide much needed solace to such deprived people' of the same society of which we are part of.

To help such type of people meet the challenges of life especially through making them aware of the causes, process and consequences of their state of affair, at the community level, a group of dedicated workers conceived CDF as a grass-root level organization, in the year ......... It started working in various areas of the valley. Initially, it started as a small movement and with the passage of time devoution and dedication of its workers led to its formation now into a government registered organisation with a network in the most areas of the valley.

Thus CDF is a social welfare organisation that has been constituted with a vision by a group of like-minded people, committed for the uplift of the poor, marginalized, unprivileged, underprivileged, impoverished, downtrodden sections of the society irrespective of caste, creed or class. It serves the poor and the needy and helps them live a happy and dignified life.

It is an organization promoting a good no. of Social Interventions, Support Services, Charity for deprived target groups of remote and rural areas as well as urban areas, promoting socio-economic interventions for the better cause of the society. The organization has been successfully implementing different programmes for the last .... Years. The organization backed by team of highly dedicated and motivated workforce who have been instrumental in successful implementation of different projects at different occasions.

We strive towards strengthening community and work for social transformation that benefits the poor and marginalized and weaker sections of the people so that they can become able and proactive individuals participating responsibility in the development of self, family and community in a sustainable manner.
